What is Kosher?
All the ingredients, equipment and premises used for the food preparation are under strict requirements of Jewish Law. Thus, all vegetables are fresh, peeled and washed thoroughly. Also, our dishes are strictly vegetarian. Our dairy kitchen is meat, chicken and seafood free since it is prohibited by Jewish law to have cheese around it.
We preserve the highest kosher level: Operating under the Vaad Harabanim of Queens supervision with a mashgiach present at all times. In addition, we are observing Bishul Israel, Halav Israel , Pat Israel, Lechem Yoshan, and Shomer Shabbat.
